- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Just found out today 8/8/2017 commander Bass has capped retiree + Medicare as of end Dec 2016 from signing up for Tricare Plus. I signed up in Nov 2016 but my Medicare became effective 1 Jan 2017 so I am not eligible. I am sure it has a lot to do with Hospital to clinic.May 21, 2017by Mike Cox
